During the session your feet rest in a warm ionic bath while the Ionator emits charged ions. Cells are energized and may release cellular debris, yeast, heavy metals and waste through the feet. Most clients find it relaxing with visible water changes.

Foot detox baths are safe for many people but not everyone. Avoid if pregnant, have a pacemaker, are undergoing chemotherapy, have open foot wounds, or severe medical conditions. Always inform our therapists and consult your physician before booking if you have health concerns.

Frequency depends on goals and health. For detox goals many clients start with one to two sessions weekly for three to four weeks, then shift to monthly maintenance. Our therapists will recommend a personalized plan based on your needs and response.

You’ll be seated comfortably while your feet soak in warm water and the Ionator runs. Expect mild tingling, warmth and visible water discoloration as toxins release. The experience is relaxing and painless; full explanation and aftercare provided by your therapist.

Side effects are usually mild and temporary — mild fatigue, increased thirst, lightheadedness, or temporary skin sensitivity. Drink water and rest after your session. If you experience severe symptoms such as chest pain, intense dizziness or prolonged discomfort, contact us or seek medical care.

The foot detox claims to mobilize cellular waste and heavy metals via ionic stimulation; scientific evidence is limited and results vary. Many clients report feeling lighter and more energetic. Use it as a complementary wellness treatment rather than a sole medical detox solution.
