The Stress Buster includes a 90-minute hot stone massage, a 60-minute deep pore cleansing facial, and a 30-minute foot detox. Expect about 3.5 to 4 hours total including consultation and short transition times between treatments.
Yes — we tailor treatments. Our estheticians perform a skin consultation and adjust products or techniques for sensitivity. Certain medical conditions or open wounds may require modifications or clearance from a physician; always disclose allergies and recent procedures before booking.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment. You’ll be provided a robe and slippers; clients undress to their comfort level and are draped professionally throughout treatments. Remove jewelry and arrive ready to relax — we handle towels and storage.
Yes — we accommodate gender therapist preferences whenever possible. Please note requests are subject to staff availability at time of booking. If you have a strong preference, mention it when reserving and we’ll do our best to honor it.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure preferred times. For weekends, holidays, or specific therapists, reserve a week or more ahead. We accept same-day appointments when available — call the spa for immediate openings.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service. Exceptions considered for emergencies — contact us to discuss.
