Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Waxing.

Grow hair to about 1/4 inch so wax can grip properly. Avoid heavy exfoliation, tanning, and topical treatments 48 hours before. Arrive clean, dry, and lotion-free, and inform us of any medications or skin treatments in use.

Most clients experience brief discomfort that eases quickly. We use soothing Azulene, tea-tree care, and Brazilian hard wax plus expert technique to minimize pain. Pre-appointment care, breathing techniques, and post-care cooling also reduce sensitivity.

Results usually last three to six weeks depending on hair growth, hormones, and lifestyle. With regular waxing regrowth often becomes finer. We recommend booking touch-ups every four to six weeks for consistent smoothness.

Always inform us if you're using Retin A, glycolic acids, or similar treatments. These increase skin sensitivity and risk of lifting; we may need to postpone or adjust treatment, especially for facial waxing. Your technician will advise appropriate timing.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming pools, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Wear loose clothing, skip intense exercise for a day, and gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrowns. Apply recommended soothing products as directed.

Some conditions may require physician clearance or postponement, such as active skin infections, open wounds, recent chemical peels, isotretinoin use, clotting disorders, or uncontrolled diabetes. Always disclose medical history and medications so we can ensure safe care.
