Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Salt in the Womb Package A.

Salt in the Womb Package A includes three V-Steam sessions. Each appointment lasts about 30–45 minutes; we recommend scheduling them weekly or biweekly for best results. Your therapist will customize herbs and salt blends and advise on timing for optimal hormonal balance.

V-Steam sessions can be safe during light menstruation for many clients, but we often avoid steaming during heavy flow or acute pelvic infections. Always disclose your cycle, pregnancy status, or medical conditions so our therapists can adjust timing or recommend alternatives.

Many clients report reduced cramping, improved mood stability, and more regular cycles after the three-session package. Results vary; V-Steam supports circulation and detox pathways but should be combined with medical advice for diagnosed hormonal disorders.

Contraindications include pregnancy, active pelvic infection, open vaginal wounds, recent surgery, or uncontrolled medical conditions. Clients with IUDs, cancer, or cardiovascular concerns should consult their physician first. We perform a health screening to ensure V-Steam safety and recommend alternatives when needed.

Hydrate well and avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or sexual activity 24 hours before your session. Skip douching or harsh vaginal products. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and arrive a few minutes early for intake. Notify us of medications or recent procedures beforehand.

Some clients feel immediate relaxation and lighter symptoms after one session, but cumulative benefits typically appear after all three V-Steam treatments. Expect improvements in circulation and comfort within weeks; ongoing maintenance sessions may extend and deepen results.
